Rebels Knockoff Centennial to Advance
The Rebels knocked off Centennial for the third time this season. The Cougars put together a great first half and took a 34-32 lead into half. Then the Rebels made a run to open the second half and took control of the game for good outscoring Centennial 49-31 in the second half to bring home a 81-65 win. The Rebels will face Wayzata on Friday at Rogers High School at 7PM with doors opening at 6PM to get to the State Tournament next week.

Rebels Open Sections Ready To Roll
The Rebels didn't waste much time getting the ball rolling in section play Thursday night. The Rebels jumped on Cooper early and led 53-18 at half. The played great team basketball sharing the ball to 29 assists. Senior JT Gibson led the charge with 10 assists and also put in 14 points. The Rebels will face conference foe Centennial on Tuesday at 7PM at Champlin Park. The Rebels have faced the Cougars twice with the last time being on January 27th with a 88-67 win at Champlin Park.

Rebels Road In Sections
The Rebels have secured the #1 seed in Section 5AAAA and will play host to the Cooper Hawks on Thursday, February 26th at 7PM at Champlin Park. With a win, the Rebels will also host the semifinals next Tuesday, March 3rd at 7PM. Section Finals are held again this year at Rogers High School on Friday, March 6th at 7PM. Rebels Recognize JT Gibson as school's All-Time Leading Scorer!
Recently JT Gibson became the All-Time Leading Scorer in Champlin Park history. The previous record was held by Paul Novotny, class of 1995. Paul was on hand to pass the torch to JT this past Friday (2/6) after 20 years of holding the record! Congrats JT!


Rebels Take Day Off To Give Back
The Rebels took Wednesday off of practice for a greater purpose. Forty-two players, managers, and coaches packed food at "Feed My Starving Children." During our two hours, we packed 18,360 meals that are going to be sent to Haiti which will feed 50 kids for the next year!


Alumni Game a Success!
Thanks to those CP Alumni that showed up recently for our annual Alumni game. It was a great event and a time to re-connect to show Rebel Pride!
