We Promise Video
Monday March 16th was a difficult day at Champlin Park for the players, fans, staff, parents and coaches following the 64-61 lose to Apple Valley in the Class 4AAAA State Championship game. There was a great sense of pride in what was an amazing season but for many still a little dissappointment. Two seniors, Molly Olson and Zach Maron, set out to lift our spirits with the following video and message during the daily broadcast of the Rebel Report. We wanted to show this at the end of the year banquet on Sunday but had some technology difficulties. In the days following, many realized just how much of an impact this season has had on so many. So here it is, thanks for being part of the ride and hold tight to the many great memories.

Rebels Sink Shakopee In Last Minute
The Rebels found themselves trailing for the entire first half to a gritty Shakopee team, but quickly regained the lead after halftime. That is until Shakopee hit a three with 1:25 left, to take back the lead 57-56. That would be their last points of the game as the Rebels finished the game with a 9-0 run, sparked by a Marty Hill three in the corner that was set up beautufully with a JT Gibson drive and kick. Hill also made 3 of 4 from the free throw line and gathered a huge offensive rebound. The Rebels once again found a way to win when the game was on the line.
